Golly Gee, The News Manipulates Us?
It's a fact that many of you can't bare to accept, the new is now entertainment and not true reporting. In the video below, creative editing give you the impression that Opie & Anthony producer, Primetime Sam Roberts, is an iPhone fan...he's not. Watch the video, he's the fluffy headed boy in the yellow t-shirt & hoodie, then read the article linked here to find out what he really had to say about the new iPhone 3GS.
Two things, 1) sorry that there's and ad before the video and 2) the video embedding stinks, it doesn't fit and it leaves this huge space above the video, yuck.
Read the truth.

Mission STS-125 - Trip to the Hubble
I was bouncing around on the net and found some truly great pictures of the mission to the Hubble Telescope. There are many pictures of the shuttle prep and I always find the magnitude this single project. I know it's a huge drain of resources but think of it like this, once we destroy this planet, we will need to live somewhere. Anyway, I would have loved to be the photographer on this assignment. You can view some spectacular pictures on Boston.com. The picture above is courtesy of NASA.

The Landing of the Mothership
George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic will be gracing the Downtown Buffalo area at this year's Thursday At The Square concert series, (used to be called Thursday In The Square, but they realized that spelled T.I.T.S.). The show is scheduled for July 16, 2009 and I am super duper elated about this. Also happy that there appears to be no opening band that day so get ready for 3+ hours of Funk. Also this summer at T.A.T.S., ( I still prefer T.I.T.S.), we have the electrically charged Robert Randolph & The Family Band. I will definitely have to check them out too. I have seen them perform on TV but never live. This is great, two amazing black acts this summer when only last year there were barely any people of color on stage in downtown Buffalo. I will see you there. I'll be the guy dancing, look for me and say "hi".By the way, the photo is courtesy of Shannon J. Effinger on Flickr.com.
